Fighting Tools

   Posted by: lightfinger    in Uncategorized

Some of you may be noticing that I post a link on this blog, which gets sent to Twitter, then I end up having to delete it then try again with the link to the posting.

I have been having issues with the plug ins for Twitter in Word Press, which is causing the issue. I’m trying again to get this all straightened out.

We shall see if this post works with the new tool, which is also supposed to grab the replies to the post from Twitter and update the comments.

Reid and Pelosi Attempt to Ignite Civil War

Posted by: lightfinger    in Health Care, Politics

Yes, my title is provocative, but hear me out.

Harry Reid is going to use parliamentary tricks in order to get the Health Care bill passed despite opposition of more than 55% of the electorate. He’s going to attempt to tie the Health Care bill to the tax on TARP bonuses that was passed by Pelosi’s House.

In essence, the two of them are going to ram a grab of 17% of our GDP through, and include the public option on it.

Not only is this against any sort of common decency to follow the bill the right way through the House and Senate, but they are just trying to provoke people who are going to take major offense to this being ramrodded down their throats. Those people are already fed up, at witnessed by the Tea Parties. Until now, those people have followed the law to the letter – ask yourself how many of the one million plus at Washington DC’s September 12th rally were arrested for civil disobedience?

None.

That’s going to start to change, the more Reid and Pelosi flaunt the system and push this country into a state Stalin would be proud of, let alone Mussolini (search this blog for my November 2008 article concerning that).

The violence that Pelosi faked tears over, and warned about is coming closer and closer to reality the more this kind of garbage she pushes. If it does come about, the blame is squarely on her shoulders for using the government to oppress the freedoms enjoyed by its people, and for destroying the protections we have in the United States Constitution to restrict the power of government.

I wish I wouldn’t have to predict this sort of thing. I thought we could all be responsible individuals and not let it come down to another Civil War. If the trend continues, however, I see it as inevitable.

Let’s get it straight…I’m not advocating it, but I am predicting it.

God help us all.

I am a Racist because…

   Posted by: lightfinger    in Obama

… I support the human race’s right to freedom.

… I support the human race against tyranny.

… I do care about the human race and judge them as Martin Luther King Jr said "by the content of their character".

… I support life for innocent members of the human race – the unborn.

… I support the right of the human race to own their government and not to be owned by it.

…  I support the right of the human race to know the truth and not be lied to by the government or the media.

… I believe future members of the human race should not be stuck paying for government out of control spending.

… I believe in the human race’s right to choose whatever religion they wish freely and not through force or coercion.

… I believe in the human race’s right to defend itself against harm by whatever means are available.

I am for the human race.

Therefore, I am a racist.

It is time to turn the words like our enemies like to do with us. Our opponents are against all of the things I have listed above. I know I have missed some.

Our opponents are not for the human race, they are for tyranny and slavery.

I give permission to any conservative or libertarian to continue my trend and/or use it for media outlets.

Points on Racism

   Posted by: lightfinger    in Obama

I have been lumped into the group many of you have been tagged as – we are supposedly racists because we oppose Obama.

This brings about a few points in my mind:

1. Are Democrats crying racism to deflect examination of their own?

Let’s be honest with ourselves. Which party supported slavery? Democrats. Which party enacted the Jim Crowe laws? Democrats. Which party is the home of former KKK members who are now Senators? Democrats. Which party was Woodrow Wilson, the most racist president in our history? Democrat.

2. If Hillary were president, we’d be accused of sexism.

Of course, if it were Sarah Palin and the shoe on the other foot, opposition would be "rational", "informed", or some other accolade. Any person looking out the outside seeing criticism of Sarah for her clothes, her hair, her family, etc. knows where the real ‘ism’ comes from.

3. Of course, if it were Biden, we would be accused of bias against the mentally handicapped.

Badumching.
