Israel Must Survive

Posted by: lightfinger    in Foreign Policy, Terrorism

I cannot put it any plainer than the title of this blog entry. Israel, as both a country and as an idea, must survive. To survive, it may end up having to do some things that may upset the politically correct among us.

You may ask why I call Israel an idea. Israel is the home and foundation of two of the world’s great moral compasses, Judaism and Christianity. You may not like either or both, but despite the perversion of men and their interpretations, the basis of both religions are founded deep in morality. The fall of Israel is tantamount to the fall of Judeo-Christianity and the morals behind the religious fronts.

Islam, founded through the related Ba’alism, has ties to both but not the same origin, despite claims to the contrary. Never the less, even some of the Judeo-Christian morality views are reflected in the basic tenets of Islam. Again, men have perverted Islam to such an extent that though they claim to follow the tenets, those today give only lip service. Islamists today spread out and out lies about both Judaism and Christianity, especially Judaism, though the swine flu outbreak has shown just how biased one country (Egypt) is towards Christians as well.

Islam needs its whipping boy of Israel to survive as well. If Israel is destroyed, the Islamic nations would have to face the reality of their own countries and their shortfalls. Those living in Islamic nations have a huge disparity between the haves and have nots. There is no middle class at all. By keeping the people focused on the hatred of Israel, the leaders can continue to plunder their nations freely while blaming others for all their troubles.

Iran is threatening this status quo, however, with its nuclear program and statements by their president and generals. I have absolutely no confidence in the Obama administration to commit to Israel’s continued existence. If Iran acts, there is only one option for Israel. That option will not be pretty and will cost many civilian lives.

Netanyahu and Obama met in Washington D.C. on Monday. The same lip service came out of Obama’s mouth that I expected. The terror assault against Israel will continue to a point where it will explode. Right now, Obama could stop it but he won’t. We know no matter what religion he claims, Obama has ties to the Islamic world. If it means more popularity for him, Obama will abandon Israel in a heartbeat.

The "Samson" option will end up being used by Israel in the end. Again, the blood will be on Obama’s hands when this happens. Remember this well, folks.

You voted for him, not me.

Obama does not have to look far for credit card culprit

Posted by: lightfinger    in Economy, Obama

Obama does not have to look far to find the person to blame for credit card industry problems. It was none other than Hilary Clinton.

Hilary Clinton wrote the bill for credit card reform that is causing the crunch on borrowers today. Her bill, backed by both parties and the credit card industry, allowed the credit card issuing companies to have large penalty rates in order to hold basic card rates down. Now, when people are at their limits or lose their jobs and miss a payment, those massive increases are kicking in.

Like the banking crisis, and the car industry, Congress strikes again causing more destruction and waste. This time though, despite Bush signing the law, the blame cannot be avoided as Obama himself was a cosponsor of the law creating the current crisis.

Remember, you voted for this pair, not me.

Irritation & the Future

Posted by: lightfinger    in #dontgo, Politics, Rebuilding the Party, Twitter

Some times, I really hate being correct in my predictions.

I have constantly commented both here, on Twitter, and on my (formerly) #dontgo radio show about comparisons between the Italian fascists of Mussolini and Barack Obama with his advisors. Each and every day, they have proved me correct. Each day, another major conservative or libertarian advocate comes out with the same conclusion.

I predicted that the egos of certain individuals would get in the way of one another in the attempts to rebuild the Republican party back to being one of fiscal and social conservatism. Again, I was proven correct with the recent spat between the national organizers of the Tea Party. For what it is worth, I support the position of Eric Odom wanting things to remain at the grassroots level and not controlled by an overarching directive from above. But, both sides have merit and have to work together in order to succeed, or else we’ll end up exactly like the above. Mussolini used the same tactics to divide his right-wing opposition as Obama is currently using. The Colin Powell vs Rush Limbaugh flap is all the same tactic – divide the opposition so they cannot stop you.

Other News:

If you have not heard, #dontgo Movement has renamed itself the American Liberty Alliance, and is refocusing back on its original goal of state and local empowerment. Whether I continue my involvement with the organization directly is still up in the air, though I support its goals. I do know I am no longer Northwest Regional coordinator for the News Platoon project (whether that continues in some form is one of the questions I have had yet answered.) However, I resigned that position weeks ago after I gave over the Omaha Tea Party to Dawn Klein at the 912 Project.

I have a major project of my own in mind that is going to take about a dozen dedicated people to implement. I will not start on this project until after I return from a trip in August, however, so stay tuned. All I will say right now is it will fill a major gaping void that I see in the fight against the fascists running our government and news media.

I have now joined with Andrew Kretchmar in co-hosting the Blog Talk Radio show that for now is still under the #dontgomovement banner. http://blogtalkradio.com/dontgomovement is where you can go to listen in to the various shows, or else you can download them from either BTR or from the iTunes store for free.
