Kinver has greater aspirations than just remaining a city councilman. He believes he could become the next senator from Louisiana, so has worked to keep his name, and his ideas, in front of the press. Unfortunately, it also exposes him for some poor choices in advisors and other activities that have hurt his chances. Still, if anyone believes in himself any more than Kinver does, they are not in New Market.
