Minase is a good, kind man, which does not belong in a city seemingly on the brink of an extended war within its own boundaries. He has worked tirelessly to calm down the violence and get all parties working together for the good of the rebuilt city. This has made him very popular among the masses, despite his ties to Lightfinger. His first act as mayor was to endorse the break between running the city and Lightfinger’s influence, giving the city a chance to survive on its own.
