Lakeview wants to just be left alone, and they have the perfect representative for them on the city council in Oddrson. Oddrson was drafted into his position, as he really did not want it. A friendly, but very popular, businessman in his area, he won via write in when the other candidates turned out to be crooks in one form or another. Oddrson does his best, and is the most personable of all the council members, but his confidence wavers due to his inexperience.
