Proponents of black liberation theology, they have targetted New Market especially for their wrath due to the events that unfolded. Many in the black community see them as anti-heroes and not true villains, and secretly funded the group. Williamson plans to use the group in order to keep the rest of the Circle in line with his objective to ruin New Market.
