Mutation Nation is determined to fight for the rights of those who have been touched by the planar Rifts, and who subsequently were changed, better or worse, by that exposure. It is willing to fight to secure those rights, but primarily it acts defensively. The group has been organized around a nation-state, though they do not advocate such. Mutation Nation sees New Market as the ideal society in the making, where all are free and not discriminated against.
